BEACH RESTAURANT

Whether it’s a three course meal, a simple snack or even just a drink you are looking for, Vardas Restaurant suits the bill.  With three different dining / lounging areas to choose from, you are certainly welcome to choose according to your taste.  An open air section near the sea is offered for the more adventurous, a fully air-conditioned covered section is ideal for those who just can’t live without life’s little luxuries, and a veranda for in-between.

    Our chef is available to serve you both Cypriot and International dishes.  Just to name a few you can start off with mouth watering appetizers before moving on to a choice of juicy steaks, fresh fish, traditional Cyprus meat or fish meze, mousaka, Cyprus stew, stuffed vine leaves and so many others.  Kebabs and snacks are also available for those wanting a “light” lunch before jumping back into the crystal clear Mediterranean waters.  Finally, leave your guilt at home and dive into the list of heavenly desserts.

     Our fully stocked bar will not leave anyone feeling dry.  A variety of excellent Cyprus wines, colourful cocktails, refreshing beer and other alcoholic and not drinks are guaranteed to quench your thirst.The restaurant operates in Ala Carte basis.

ROOF RESTAURANT

 
Located above the beach restaurant, the roof restaurant offers an entirely different dining proposal with a panoramic view of the area.

The numerous menu choices are the same as the Beach restaurant with the exception of snacks that are not served in the roof restaurant.

It is also ideal as a wedding venue or for a private party, in which case it is reserved exclusively for that function.  Special set menus are available for parties and weddings.  Please see the Weddings section for more information.

Also the restaurant operates in Ala Carte basis when not a private function is booked.
